Do you require a signature for my package?

We don't require a signature for delivery on most of our packages, except for Wine + Chocolate gift sets which always need the signature of a recipient 21 years or older due to laws regarding alcohol delivery. 

The decision to leave an unattended package at your front door is solely up to the discretion of the delivery driver. If your order is delivered to an office or apartment building, carriers may deliver the package to your front desk or mailroom. If your driver usually leaves your packages without a signature, they will likely leave the Voges delivery. We are not responsible for missed deliveries where the recipient was not available.

All Wine + Chocolate gift sets require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. We recommend that you confirm someone over the age of 21 is available to receive the package on the day of delivery. Residential deliveries are made between 8 am-8 pm. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify a gift recipient of a pending Wine + Chocolate delivery.

Once your package is in the shipping carrier's hands we have no control over the time they will deliver it. We recommend signing up for the Fed Ex Delivery Manager, which allows you to track packages and set your preferences for all deliveries through FedEx.
