While Vosges covers packages against melting, lost packages, and missed deliveries, we require details and investigation that our partners at Savedby typically do not require.

SavedBy Package Protection is completely optional insurance that many of our guests choose to add for the additional peace of mind and security it provides. If you choose not to add the coverage, our Return Policy is available here and lists our policies when it comes to claims and refunds due to delivery issues.
