What is your return policy? | As a purveyor of handmade perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns and cannot sell an item once it has been returned to our warehouse. We are here to provide a luxurious experience for every guest so if you have any problems with your order, please contact our Chocolate Concierge Department and our team will be happy to assist. Can I ship to multiple recipients? | You can place an order with multiple recipients using our E-Gifting Platform. Corporate Orders for companies can be placed through corporate@vosgeschocolate.com |
Can I cancel or modify my order? | To make any modifications or cancellations, please contact a Chocolate Concierge by phone at 888.301.9866 or by email at vosges@vosgeschocolate.com. Chocolate Concierges are available from 9 am-5 pm CST Monday through Friday. Changes can only be made before the shipping label has been created. |
How fast will my order be processed? | Orders placed by 11 pm CST will be processed the following business day. |
I ordered a pre-order item and other items that are not pre-order. When and how will everything ship? | By default, your whole order will ship as one package when the pre-order item is available. If you would like the other items to ship earlier, please contact a Chocolate Concierge by phone at 888.301.9866 or by email at vosges@vosgeschocolate.com. Chocolate Concierges are available from 9 am-5 pm CST Monday through Friday. |
I had a product that I do not see on the website anymore. Where did it go? | Because we use seasonal and specialty ingredients in much of our haut-chocolat, we have several products and collections that are limited-edition. We are known to bring back archived products and collections from time to time, so be sure to check back frequently for limited-edition products and collections, old and new! |
Can I mix and match truffles? | While we do not currently offer this option. |
Besides the website, where can I find Vosges products? | You can shop Vosges products at our Chicago boutique and O'Hare locations. Outside of Chicago, you can find our chocolate bars regionally in Whole Foods and local fine grocers. |
Can I place an order when I am outside of the U.S.? | Our website accepts orders placed around the world to ship to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Vosges is not able to offer shipping outside of these countries due to the perishable nature of our products, the days in transit, and the strict rules at customs with food products. |
Where can I find a promo code and how do I use it? | To hear about new products and promotions, sign up for our email newsletter at the bottom right of our website. |
How do I become a wholesaler and purchase Vosges for my retail store? | We would love to speak with you about carrying Vosges products in your store!
