Why isn't my gift card working?

In April 2021 we launched a new website, and along with it, a new gift card service. If you have a plastic gift card, it is no longer compatible with our new website. A Chocolate Concierge would be happy to provide you with a new gift card of the same value, which can be used online or in our boutiques. To receive your replacement gift card, please email vosges@vosgeschocolate.com with the 15 digit code from the back of your gift card.


If your recipient has not received an e-gift card, please reach out to us via email, chat, or phone. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST. You can call us at 888.301.9866.
