Warm Weather Shipping Notification

To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders shipping to destinations with warm weather or longer transit times, we offer 2-Day Shipping. Ground shipping availability varies throughout the year based on the temperatures and time in transit. All shipping boxes will include complimentary cooling materials where needed. Our ice gel packs are non-toxic and reusable. We will let the customer know if any changes to the shipping schedule will be necessary.

From June through August all orders shipping to Arizona require Overnight shipping due to the extreme temperatures during those months. This may be extended depending on weather trends during this time. Most Overnight deliveries are made by 5 pm local time. Please be sure to retrieve your package as close to delivery as possible, our cooling materials cannot withstand the afternoon sun.
