Why can't I choose ground shipping?

We work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in perfect condition. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders in transit to warm weather destinations, we are unable to offer Ground shipping to AZ, CA, FL, and TX year-round and to all states during summer months (May-September), with the exception of IL, IN, IA, KY, MI, MN, OH and WI. This time frame may be extended depending on weather trends. If Ground shipping isn’t available at check-out, this is because the days in transit or temperatures in transit or at your destination could cause melting or spoilage. All shipping boxes will include cooling materials at no additional charge. Our ice gel packs are non-toxic and reusable.
