Can I change the address for an order?
A Chocolate Concierge can only change the address before the shipping label has been created. You can contact us with the new address and we will update your order.
If you need to redirect the package to a new address after the label has been created, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This service will allow you to change the address or leave special delivery instructions.
During our busy holiday season, adjustments must be made within two hours of it being placed.
We can also reach out to our shipping carrier to see if the address can be updated. If successful, a rerouting fee of at least $18 will be required. This can vary depending on the location of the new address. If you need any assistance, you can contact us at vosges@vosgeschocolate.com.
