Can I cancel or modify my order?

To make any modifications or cancellations, please contact a Chocolate Concierge at vosges@vosgeschocolate.com. Chocolate Concierges are available from 9 am-5 pm CST Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that we can only make adjustments to an order before the shipping label has been created. During our busy holiday season, adjustments must be made within two hours of ordering.
