I ordered a pre-order item and other items that are not pre-order. When and how will everything ship?

By default, your whole order will ship as one package when the pre-order item is available. If you would like the other items to ship earlier, please contact a Chocolate Concierge by phone at 1.888.301.9866 or by email at vosges@vosgeschocolate.com. Chocolate Concierges are available from 9am-5pm CST Monday through Friday.
